GHC Asia supported Earth Hour 2013, a global environmental initiative run in partnership with WWF. Individuals, businesses, governments and communities are invited to turn off all non-essential lights for one hour, this year on Saturday 23 March, at 8:30 PM to show their support for a sustainable planet.
The Foundation for the Arts and Music in Asia Ltd. was formed to increase the awareness of classical vocal music in Asia and to encourage participation. GHC Asia has been working with FAMA since 2010, most recently raising awareness of Hong Kong’s now famous ‘PopUp Opera Tent’ which has been appearing at select locations around the territory in 2013 to introduce opera to the community.
The focus of Ocean Recovery Alliance is to bring together new ways of thinking, technologies, creativity, and collaborations in order to introduce innovative projects and initiatives that will help improve our ocean environment. Its programs include Plasticity Hong Kong which GHC Asia has supported for the last two years.
GHC Asia joined the Council of Public Relations Firms Hong Kong in 2002. The council brings PR consultancies together to establish standards, discuss issues affecting the industry, and to identify strategies for enhancing the professional reputation of public relations firms in Hong Kong.
