Bringing back a celebrated crowd-favourite, Cantina’s beloved all-you-can-eat cicchetti brunch experience “Exploring Italy, One Bite at a Time”, returns following its widely acclaimed launch last year, invigorating summer weekends with a delicious food tour around Italy.
Travel far and wide across Italy’s diverse culinary landscape with this brunch offering, featuring 20 flavour-packed Venetian-style cicchetti (tantalising small plates) along with a fresh selection of generous signature mains and the newly introduced Tiramisu Feast, inspired by the all-time classic Italian dessert but prepared with a Hong Kong twist. All for $488 per person (10% service charge applies), the refreshed brunch experience is perfect for friends and family to share bold flavours and lively Italian summer vibes.
In keeping with the favourable tick-box menu for an easily customisable experience, three groups of cicchetti variations make up the colourful spread. The Italian Favourites selection features 12 cicchetti creations inspired by traditional Northern and Southern Italian recipes. The Bruschetta Spread makes a delicious return with five crunchy variations, including a new cream cheese and pickled cucumber alongside favourites of Pachino tomatoesand chicken liver pâté, prepared Veneto-style with Chef Matteo’s family recipe. The Affettati Feast showcases five Italian cured meats — mortadella, prosciutto crudo di parma, coppa, salame “soppressata”, and the newly added cicciolata, a cooked salami with a meatier texture, typical of the Emilia region.
Follow these with heartier sharing dishes, including brand new additions of Grilled Mix Vegetables, Burrata e Tomato, and Soup of the Day for a flavour-forward take on fresh seasonal ingredients. A delicious show-stopper, the Rigatoni All’Amatriciana is a celebration of bold flavours with a smooth and velvety tomato sauce, enhanced by the savouriness of crispy guanciale and rich pecorino cheese.
For those looking to add more to their dining experience, the Breaded Veal Cutlet (add on for $198/2pax) is a masterclass showcase of Chef Matteo’s “The King of Milanese” authentic dish from Lombardia which features a perfectly crispy breaded exterior followed by a soft, tender interior that delivers a perfectly satisfying bite. Chef’s Crispy Lasagna (add on for $158/2pax) is another well-loved Cantina signature prepared with a recipe inspired by Chef Matteo’s childhood dinners. Served tableside in a sizzling pan, it features a cheesy, golden-caramelised single crust over layers of rich ragu, reminiscent of the lasagna’s coveted crispy “corner” pieces, which were the Chef’s favourite as a child.
For a sweet finale, delight in an all-new dessert experience with Tiramisu Cones, which recreates the classic, coffee-infused dessert in a fun and inviting photo-ready serve. Guests can choose four of the six uniquely crafted flavours, including three exclusive flavours inspired by Hong Kong, such as Milk Tea, Black Sesame, and Mandarin. Alternatively, opt for proven, tried-and-true staples in Classic, Pistachio, and Hazelnut and enjoy the typically light and creamy dessert with a satisfying crunchy finish.
The perfect destination to gather with friends and family this summer, ladies can enjoy a complimentary one-hour free-flow prosecco during the Unlimited Cicchetti Brunch, making it the ultimate way to kick off a relaxing weekend filled with bold Italian flavours and lively summer vibes. Meanwhile, Sundays bring an extra dose of excitement for families and groups, as guests are treated to interactive tableside magic performances. The magician adds a touch of wonder and fun, ensuring every visit is a unique and memorable dining experience for guests of all ages.

Cantina means simply “canteen” in Italian, and as such the focus is on simple, hearty Italian “trattoria” style food which is generously portioned and authentic in taste. The name and approach, despite the rather grand dining space, is true to the restaurant’s origin as the site of the Officers’ Mess or canteen in the old Central Police Station. Cantina offers an affordable “prix fixe” menu concept offering a full range of a la carte dishes at a fixed price, for both lunch and dinner.
