From 19 November 2021, the limited-edition Lobster Saison will be served at Yeast

To celebrate ten extraordinary years of serving the freshest Atlantic lobsters and juicy Nebraskan beef, Burger & Lobster has teamed up with Singapore-based brewery label, Off Day Beer Company, to launch a specially curated 10th Anniversary Beer.
Lobster Saison is a refreshing lobster-infused craft beer available for purchase by the bottle from 12 November 2021 at Burger & Lobster Raffles Hotel and Jewel Changi Airport. From 19 November 2021, the celebration will extend beyond the restaurants with a giveaway across three local watering holes that will also be serving Lobster Saison on tap.
As a toast to Burger & Lobster’s obsession for premium quality, fresh ingredients and pure simplicity since it’s humble beginnings in 2011 London, the limited-edition Lobster Saison (SG$17++) is made from steeping lobster shells with barley malt, wheat, hops, yeast, lemon zest, tarragon and black pepper, for a brew with exceptional depth of flavour, unique minerality and a sweetness that lobster fans are sure to lap up.
Designed to be a brilliant beer in its own right, yet versatile enough to complement the restaurants’ range of dishes, this curious concoction tickles the nose and palate: With an initial zestiness that’s followed by a bouquet of spices and lingering hints of crusty bread all rounded off with a crisp mouthfeel. With a controlled alcohol by volume (ABV) content of 5.2%, this beverage is not overpowering and thoughtfully crafted for a fully rounded drinking experience.
