Main courses are a homemade raviolo with perfectly cooked lobster tail filling, tossed in a creamy lobster sauce (Mahi Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand 2021) and roasted beef rossini with Loire Valley foie gras and truffle (Chateau Magnan la Gaffeliere Saint Emilion Grand Cru 2015).
