Artyzen Hospitality Group Marks Tenth Anniversary With the Opening of Two Highly Anticipated Lifestyle Hotels in Singapore and Shanghai
Artyzen’s first hotel outside Greater China, Artyzen Singapore opens November 24th, immediately following Artyzen NEW BUND 31 Shanghai which opened late last month
Artyzen Hospitality Group (AHG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shun Tak Holdings Limited (HKSE 242) has announced the opening of two new luxury lifestyle properties in Singapore and Shanghai, under the Artyzen Hotels and Resorts brand, the group’s premium hotel brand.
“As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, the two new flagship openings, which we call ‘A Tale of Two Cities’ is a significant milestone for us. It marks not only two important additions to our premium collection of home-grown luxury boutique hotels, Artyzen Hotels & Resorts but also with the Singapore property, our first hotel footprint outside Greater China,” said Peter Wynne, Senior Vice President, Artyzen Hospitality Group.
2023 is a watershed year for Artyzen Hospitality Group, with a doubling of total room inventory, establishing the first international footprint outside of Greater China, and diverse projects including lifestyle hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants and bars, and conference centres.
The two new hotels, located in Singapore’s leafy West Orchard neighbourhood and Shanghai’s vibrant new Central Business District, Qiantian are Artyzen Hotels & Resorts’ new flagship properties, joining two existing hotels, Artyzen Lingang Shanghai and Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau.

Artyzen Singapore – A Vertical Oasis in the Heart of Singapore Opening 24th of November 2023
Inspired by the culture, colours, and flavours of Singapore’s Straits heritage, Artyzen Singapore is a sophisticated modern lifestyle hotel located on what was once the heritage landmark named “Villa Marie”, a sprawling tropical-garden mansion by the great-grandson of Singapore’s well- known philanthropist and avid horticulturist, the late Mr Tan Tock Seng.

Quenino (pronounced as /ˈke-ni-nu/), means ‘little one’ in Malaccan Creole Portuguese and has been co-created by celebrated Melbourne Chef Victor Liong, with Malaysian Chinese heritage who has been awarded Two Chef Hats by the Australian Good Food & Travel Guide.
- Quenino by Victor Liong – New Straits flavours are curated with an innovative blend of traditional and modern techniques, with an emphasis on quality seasonal ingredients and artisanal The restaurant has a main dining area and an intimate lush outdoor terrace.
