Looking for a sweet and delicious start to the new year? Well look no further, as Burger & Lobster has crafted two auspicious cocktails for the ultimate Lunar New Year celebration. From 24 January to 28 February 2022, the Double Happiness CNY! indulgence will be available exclusively at Raffles Hotel. Each tempting concoction is priced at SG$16++ and have both been made with a selectively finished Chivas Regal 13-year-old blended scotch whiskey for an intense and wonderfully drinkable blend.


Toast to health and wealth with $Huat-Long-Long, an invigoratingly balanced tipple made with Absinthe, Campari, Citrus, Sugar, Perrier Sparkling Water and the star ingredient: Chivas 13 Sherry Cask scotch whiskey. Selectively matured in Oloroso sherry casks to impart a distinctly robust rich taste. The character of this world-famous luxury whiskey shines through deliciously and the result is a uniquely sweet, sour and bitter flavour combination.

Welcome the annual season of unabashed feasting and drinking with the Prosperity $our – made with Chivas 13 American Rye Cask, Campari, Citrus, Sugar and Egg White. Fluffy and light with a hint of spice that gradually unfolds, this cocktail elegantly encapsulates the opulent and cheerful festivities associated with the Chinese New Year celebrations.

With simplicity at the core of the Burger & Lobster concept, all restaurants feature live lobsters flown in from Nova Scotia, Canada and beef from the cattle ranchers in Nebraska.
