Created as part of Burger & Lobster’s obsession towards providing diners with the very best, be it the freshness and quality of its eponymous ingredients, the one-time collaboration wheat beer (S$20++) is designed to whet the palate and balance out the rich flavours.
Thoughtfully brewed for a controlled alcohol by volume of 5%, the Cointreau-Infused Wheat Beer is extremely crushable and it explodes with zesty orange aroma from the Cointreau L’unique fusion, finishing with a creamy mouthfeel. Versatile and refreshing, it marries well with Burger & Lobster’s juicy burgers, fresh lobsters and signature lobster rolls in fluffy, buttery-soft brioche buns.
