This Mid-Autumn Festival unite with family and friends to admire the moon at its fullest and feast on incredible lunar menus, illuminating entertainment and unique limited-edition mooncakes. Aqua Restaurant Group presents the best restaurants to celebrate from the 17th – 22nd September.
The Chinese Library presents an eight-dish celebratory feast featuring Hokkaido scallop sashimi with yuzu paired with Firewood-braised chestnut & pumpkin. Guests can also delight in Mid-Autumn specials such as Pigeon & conch served in Sichuan Chu Yeh Ching Chiew bamboo soup followed by Pan-seared tilefish with lobster sauce and Taro & almond puff pastry for dessert. Mid-Autumn Festival Dinner is available from the 17th-22nd September, priced at HK$988 per person which includes a glass of Saint Louis Blanc de Blancs. Complimentary Snowy purple yam & red bean mooncakes will also be served exclusively on 20th and 21st September to all dinner guests celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival.

Hutong marks the 3000-year-old Chinese festival with an exquisite eleven-dish dinner featuring Abalone marinated in spring onion oil and Hutong’s show-stopping Flaming Peking duck which is infused with the finest aromatic Sichuan spices and Hutong’s homemade chilli paste, which contribute to the duck’s perfectly crisp skin. For mains, choose from a selection of Hutong’s favourites including Hunan steamed cod with fermented beans and Sichuan-style Pacific tiger prawns with black beans & garlic. Guests can book dinner from the 17th-22nd September for HK$988 per person including a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne. For three special evenings on the 20th-22nd September, enjoy the ancient art of Chinese lantern-making – when illuminated these are said to resemble the moon with their globe-shaped appearance.
On the 20th-21st September dinner guests can enjoy complimentary Yin Yeung mooncakes crafted with Hong Kong’s popular combination of milk tea and coffee custard encased in a traditional pastry crust.
On the 18th-19th September, Feng Wei Brunch will feature Lantern Painting. Priced at HK$688 per person for free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne, cocktails, wine and beer. Kids under 12 dine for free.
