Mother’s Day Seafood Extravaganza at Burger & Lobster

This Mother’s Day, Burger & Lobster is honouring the queens of our hearts with an indulgent feast and a thoughtfully curated tipple to imbibe with loved ones. Impress and treat the important ladies of the house with the Seafood Medley Cartoccio at Raffles Hotel. Make it a month-long celebration with the commemorative Thank You, MAMA! cocktail that will be available at both Raffles Hotel and The Jewel at Changi Airport.

At Raffles Hotel, the Seafood Medley Cartoccio comes as a medley of signature wild live Canadian lobster, freshly sourced clams, king prawns and green mussels cooked in an aromatic white wine, fennel and cherry tomato broth and served alongside Burger & Lobster’s signature toasted brioche to mop up the fresh flavours. This is a sharing feast for two to three persons at SG$115++ and will be available from dinner on Friday the 6th to Sunday, 8 May.

In homage to all the mothering figures in our lives, Burger & Lobster has put a refreshing twist on the classic French 75 cocktail to concoct its floral and fruity Thank You, MAMA! tipple. Made with Botanist Gin, apricot, citrus, pineapple, blueberry and bubbles, this delicious cocktail will be available at both Raffles Hotel and The Jewel for the whole month of May and priced at SG$20++ per glass.

With simplicity at the core of the Burger & Lobster concept, all restaurants feature live lobsters that are flown in from Nova Scotia, Canada, and premium beef from dedicated cattle ranchers in Nebraska.
