Summer Treats for You and Your Four Legged Friends

Introducing some new eats and drinks collaboration to cool down in the summer sun

With Autumn fast approaching, it’s time to make the most of the remaining summer days. Classified goes above and beyond to make this September a little more special by extending its menu with a YAU beer flight pairing with snacks and doggie treats for the furry ones in collaboration with Cookie Vission.

Nothing can be more refreshing than a cold one on a hot day. Classified is offering a new Beer Flight (HK$204) featuring three YAU beers paired spectacularly with three savoury nibbles. Starting with a crisp, thirst-quenching lager which goes down well with a side of deep-fried chicken wings served with a choice of Thai chilli sauce or garlic parmesan. Next, a rich and full-flavoured pale ale is complemented with a serving of onion rings. Finally, the flight ends with a medium-bodied Tangerine IPA with a robust flavour profile to go with a choice of golden or chilli fries. The YAU Beer Flight is available starting September 8 from 5pm – 8pm at Classified Hollywood Road, Tai Hang, Happy Valley and Kwun Tong.

Just as humans love to indulge in the dog days of summer, so do the pups. In a special collaboration with local bakery and confectionery Cookie Vission, Classified is also offering delectable bites for pets. The doggo treats (HK$18/piece, HK$50/3 pieces) are prepared with peanut butter, applesauce and pumpkin puree, a widely popular flavour amongst pups. Available from September 8 in our pet-friendly locations on Hollywood Road and in Repulse Bay and soon at Stanley Plaza.

Savour the last bits of summer’s long afternoons by basking in the golden hour with a few pints and overlooking playful pooches munch on snacks and frolic in the sun.
