WOW’s Daily Christmas Schedule Begins November 23rd

The cultural district of Vila Nova de Gaia is already starting to prepare for the Christmas season. The Christmas tree lights will turn on on November 23rd and from then on there will be a daily program, which runs until January 8th. Another attraction will be the carousel in Central Square, which will bring the true Christmas spirit to WOW.

WOW, Gaia’s cultural district, will be dressed up for the Christmas season. The kickoff to this special time of year will take place on November 23rd: at dusk, the 13-meter-high Christmas tree will light up and illuminate the party, in an event that features the usual chocolate and mulled wine. and a musical performance.

That same night, the “Christmas Lights Buffet” will be served at the VP restaurant: participants will have access to a complete dinner, with starters, salads, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, desserts, fruits and a wide variety of drinks.

At the same time, at the 1828 steakhouse, the “Port Christmas Experience” will be taking place, a wine dinner in which the offer involves exquisite table service. Here, each stage of the meal is accompanied by a specific Port wine, ensuring the best pairing between food and drink.

The presence of the children’s carousel is confirmed throughout the Christmas season. An attraction that paints the landscape in a nostalgic way and brings even more magic to WOW’s central square.

On rainy days, the Lemon Plaza indoor square is the space that guarantees comfort and safety. Properly decorated and with comfort food stands, it will be operating on the weekends of November 23rd and 24th, November 30th and December 1st, December 6th, 7th and 8th. The animation becomes daily from December 14th to 31st. Between 12pm and 8pm, visitors are invited to come to WOW and experience all the magic typical of this time of year.
