Gustaci Food Gallery Showcases the Bounty of Italy and its Vibrant Gastronomic Culture

The culinary concept Gustaci Food Gallery celebrates its grand opening this summer with exclusive hampers for creating signature Italian dishes at home.

Every town in Italy has a local market, its bounty of deliciousness at the heart of Italian kitchens and regional cuisines. Now Hong Kong has its own true Italian market, Gustaci Food Gallery.

Gustaci Food Gallery is 6,000 square feet of edible Italy. An artistic showcase and curated culinary collection of over 500 Italian products, including fresh. Home chefs and home entertainers seeking authenticity now have a rich palette from which to create genuine gastronomic masterpieces.

With gourmet items sourced directly from artisanal suppliers throughout Italy, walking the generous aisles, captured by the thoughtful displays, and specialty food counters, is not shopping. It’s a journey.

One that transports guests on a delicious tour throughout Italy, who become inspired to collect and create. From seafood and meats, to pasta and sauce, from wine to cheese, and everything in-between. A large variety of vegan and gluten-free products are stocked, and priority is given to organic and sustainable suppliers.

It is also a home for Italian lifestyle and design concepts, and will soon also be a bakery of artisanal breads and flaky pastry, and an alfresco café and garden.

“Gustaci Food Gallery is an all-encompassing lifestyle experience, one that richly celebrates the craft and heritage of Italian gastronomy. It has been conceived to be Hong Kong’s go-to destination for an impressive range of quality Italian food products. And, we give guests access to true Italian food culture,” says Boroka Cimmino, Partner of Gustaci Food Gallery .

To celebrate the opening, Gustaci Food Gallery  is offering three mouthwatering hampers for a limited time. Each encapsulates all that is needed to recreate signature Italian dishes at home. Available in July and August via pre-order, each hamper will include recipes and ingredients with QR tutorials. Choose from the two-course Italia Mia (HK$450), with home-made pizza and a light tiramisu recipe, or the Mediterranean Summer Hamper ($450) which is ideal for health-conscious people, including Pasta Nerano, a simple, healthy and delicious dish from Campania, the caprese salad-buffalo mozzarella and heirloom beef tomato with basil. There is one more option – Taste of South Hamper (HK$550) which contains the famous pasta al forno recipe, an oven baked pasta bringing the nostalgic home food to our tables.
