La Rotisserie Expands to Central

Hong Kong’s favourite French chicken eatery is set to open in the city’s most bustling neighbourhood

Soho district welcomes La Rotisserie on Staunton Street on 26 April, marking the restaurant’s fifth outlet in Hong Kong. The expansion to Central brings the traditions of humble French cooking closer to more diners through its accessible positioning.

The new location serves up the same much-loved classic recipes such as its wholesome roast poultry, solid sandwiches, hearty sides and fresh salads to the neighbourhood. The casual 15-seat bistro includes an outdoor space for alfresco drinks, and also features a new touch screen panel at the entrance for quick and convenient ordering and payment.

Grand Opening Promotion 1: La Rotisserie French Duck Breast Debuts Exclusively at Central Location 

The latest addition to La Rotisserie’s menu is the roast duck breast done in French fashion. Requiring much care and precision, the delicate meat is spun on the in-store rotisserie for half an hour, to yield tender and juicy breast meat inside and crispy browned skin on the outside. The mastery required for this special bird is perfected, and to showcase this new dish along with the store opening, the duck breast will be available only in this location for two weeks before made available at other La Rotisseries across Hong Kong.

Grand Opening Promotion 2: 20% Off Select Classic Menu Items 

In the spirit of celebrating the Central restaurant, La Rotisserie invites diners to enjoy an all-day weeklong 20% off promotion on its most popular menu item, the Classic Chicken Set (HK$70) and the newly launched Classic Duck Breast Set (HK$78). Each set consists of a quarter portion of chicken, side dish of choice and a bowl of hearty daily soup or homemade iced tea. Also a part of the promotion are the signature Sandwiches – Chicken (HK$50) and Duck Breast (HK$57) which are loaded with succulent sliced chicken or duck, fresh tomatoes, garden greens and homemade mayonnaise within a loaf of crispy French baguette. For those on a meat detox or green diet, the Vegetarian Set (HK$66) includes a traditional style French vegetarian quiche, a side dish and a vegetarian soup or iced tea.
